The answers to the questions asked in the interview should be given with full confidence. The interviewers, in addition to the answers, do normally pay attention to the way of answering. Therefore, it is important that your answers should reflect your level of confidence. The answers should be simple and short.

While answering the questions, make sure that the answers given are short. However, though short, they should be complete in itself. They should be such that the interviewer should be completely satisfied with it. However, if your answer does not satisfy the interviewer, try to explain to him only until he is on that question. Most of the times, if the interviewer is not satisfied with the answer he may ask another question. If this happens, concentrate on the new question.

Some questions are very common and they are always asked in the interview. For these questions, it is better if you are well prepared. Examples of such questions are like, what are your skills, etc. However, even if you prepare the answer in advance, the language should be simple and causal. It should seem like your answer is just what came to your mind after the interviewer asked the question. The interviewers test the aspirants for their quick thinking and that too under pressure. This is depicted from the answers that you give to the interviewers during the interview. Therefore, giving the interviewer an impression as if, you are answering instantaneously and at the movement, is beneficial.

The interviewer may ask questions about the previous job and colleagues of that company. While answering such questions, always be positive. Never complain or mumble about the previous company and the related issues as these questions are asked for testing your relations with the colleagues of that company. This reflects your interpersonal skills and ability to work in cooperation with others.

Therefore, be positive and do not refer to any conflicts or arguments that you may have had while working there. Similarly never, complain about the management of that company. Portray a picture that you were comfortable with everybody. You can even highlight that, you had very good relationship with the coworkers. For this you can refer to some examples of quotes from the coworkers saying that you were are very good worker and colleague.

Then, you may be posed with some questions where your honest opinion will prove good even though it may be little distracting for the interviewer. For example, the interviewer may ask you whether you are trying for other jobs. A short and honest answer will not cause much distraction.

The answers to job interview questions like to find out your comfort level to work for this company require some knowledge about the company. All your answers should be supported by a suitable data.

One of the crucial question asked in an interview is regarding the salary expectations. You should never try to answer this question directly. You should say that it would depend upon the job responsibilities. Alternatively, you can put the ball in his court asking the interviewer the approximate range offered for that position.

If you are an experienced person in that field you are applying for then the interviewer may ask about the skills you possess and various cases wherein your skills were put to use.. For this question, you should always be prepared with example to which you can refer.

Do not forget to send a second thank you letter after you finish the second interview.
It is important as they have a called you for the second time. If you are selected for the job in the second interview then do not argue with the employer if he or she is paying low salary. Your argument will frustrate the employer and he or she may reject you for the job.
If you are selected for the job then you can also inquire about the rules and regulations of the company, dress code of the company, number of casual leaves that can be taken etc.

As it well known, the first impression is important. Studies show, that during the interview most of the interviewers make and impression about the candidate within initial 10 seconds. Therefore, the way you dress up is decisive to this first impression. Most of the corporate corporate-recruiting experts would agree with this view.

The outfits should not also be very much casual or flashy. Moreover, it is the most important that you should be clean and neat. Wear the clothes that fit properly if or perfectly. Wearing un-pressed clothes would make a very bad impression that you are not much considerate and responsible even about your wearing. ?

The suit is one of the best choices for wearing for the interview for both the men and women. The suit should be subtle and be sure to sell yourself.. The suits are a symbol of richness, power and confidence. They also depict success. Because of all this factors, they would make your presence felt in interview.

It is not a problem if you are wearing a black or colored suit. However, it is important this should be neutral-color. Moreover, the suit should not have much design on it and should be simple. It should ideally be single colored. Also in some parts of the world, the cultural beliefs do not permit the people to wear the full black colored clothes. However, it is very important that such beliefs be overcome. This is because the black color is the generally the best color for the suit.

Moreover, most of the experts would advice that the women stay away from the explicit trendy suits as those like baby-doll dresses or shorts. Similarly, for the men also, the trendy suits should be avoided.

Accessories ? Apart from the suit the other accessories can also be worn. However, for them too the rule is the same. They too should be very mild. They should just acts as the enhancements for the body and not themselves act as the significant things on the body.
But note that the accessories that can be worn for the interview include just the watch rings or a thin and very mild bracelet in the hand.

Women need to take more care about the accessories. They should not use or remove the thing that they wear normally. These things may include the too exclusive earrings, nose rings, and other types of rings, or bracelets and lockets, etc. However, women can wear at least some jewelry. However this should not be too notable as multiple or large shaped earrings finger rings etc.

The footwear should also be looked after. It should be strong and should have a design that it should provide the appropriate support to the feet. On wearing them the people should be able to walk properly and comfortable. The footwears should not slip from the feet. Therefore, the ideal footwear to wear is the shoes.

For all the clothes and accessories, i.e. your get up should not be such that it is more notable than you are. The attention of the interviewers should be on what you say during the interview and not what you wear.

Top Job Interview Questions

Successful interview is essential in order to grab an offer. Here are some top job interview questions those will help you to prepare for an effective interview through follow up. Before we discuss top job interview questions there are certain things for which you should get ready by your own like company research, memorize your resume, practice, behavior during interview, dress appropriately, and end the interview with thank you.
Top job interview questions are influential guide that will give a key of how to master job interview skills within a small period and introduce you with dominant question answering skills, carriage, confidence and cool calm that turns you look twice confident as any of the other job candidate. There are number of questions asked by interviewer so as to mystify you and to loose your confidence level but these questions will surely help you out to grow your confidence along with the behavior how to tackle with their attitude and disappointment when you give incorrect answer.

The top job interview questions are as bellow:
> What are your weaknesses?
> Why should I hire you among all others?
> Why you want to work in our company?
> What are your goals?
> Why did your leave your previous job?
> When were you most satisfied in your last job?
> What are the three positive things your last boss would say about you?
> What can you do for us that other candidates cannot?
> What are your salary expectations?
> If you were an animal, which one would you want to be?

Besides these questions there are few more important questions which are equally important.
> How long you plan to stay at our company?
> Where do you see yourself after five years?
> Why did you select this school and course of study?
> What do you do in your spare time?
> What are other types of job opportunity or companies are you considering?

The objective of the recruiters is to convince the employer that the interviewee has skills, background and ability to do the job and can comfortably fit to his or her organization. The output of interview can be strongly predisposed by realizing an interview is not an intentional process in which the employer offers the job to the best candidate based on merit only. Instead, it is a highly subjective encounter in which he/she selects the best. Things like personality, confidence, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skill along with the good communication are the significant aspects in interview.
It is always better to prepare these questions but don?t memorize their answers so that you sound like a robot. But all set for these questions and have a summarized script ready but no need to remember the answer like you learn them by heart. Questions are quite common and there is nothing to get stumble or scared, once you are ready with them. These questions will definitely guide you to give effective interview but only if you try and give your best.
